On March 23, 2023, at approximately 10 p.m., Denton police responded to a shooting at an apartment complex in the 1300 block of Dallas Drive. Upon arrival, officers discovered two individuals, 29-year-old BreeAnna Christine Dunn and 43-year-old Ronald Calvert Jr., deceased inside a vehicle, both having suffered fatal gunshot wounds.
