In the Desire neighborhood of New Orleans, a fatal shooting claimed the life of 53-year-old Vicencio Gonzalez Tellez on Wednesday, November 20, 2024. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, before 6 a.m., in the 3700 block of Piety Street.
