In the summer of 2019, the life of 17-year-old Sean K. Warren, a Black male from Bridgeport, Connecticut, was tragically cut short. On the late Friday night of July 12th, gunfire erupted in the area of Horace Street and York Avenue, where two large parties were underway. Responding to reports of a person shot shortly after 11 p.m., police found Sean with a gunshot wound to the right side of his chest.
