In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Denver, Colorado, the typical quiet of the Park Hill neighborhood was broken by a persistent noise from a vehicle on the street. Darrell Fedde, a 38-year-old White male, left his home at the intersection of 22nd Avenue and Bellaire Street to confront the driver responsible for the disturbance.
