On a sidewalk in North Las Vegas, the life of 20-year-old Anthony Eugene Hodges, a Black male, came to a tragic end on December 30, 2016. Around 6 p.m., a passerby discovered Hodges suffering from a gunshot wound beneath a train underpass located east of Lake Mead Boulevard and Losee Road.
