Marvin Patrick, a 33-year-old Black man from Birmingham, was killed on November 28, 2016, in a shooting that unfolded in the city’s College Hills neighborhood. Late that Monday morning, police were called to the 700 block of 8th Terrace West, where they found him inside a car, mortally wounded.
