Shakiya Todd, an 18-year-old from Highland Park, MI, tragically lost her life on December 18, 2020. Shakiya and her sister, Shaniya Todd, were visiting a house on Lantz Street near John R Street in Detroit when a confrontation escalated into a fatal shooting.
