Raymun Garner, a 25-year-old resident of Hampton, Virginia, tragically lost his life on November 4, 2020. On that evening, at approximately 9:22 PM, officers from the Hampton Police Division were dispatched to the 200 block of Breckenridge Court following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found Garner suffering from two gunshot wounds to his chest. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he was pronounced dead shortly after.
