Antonio Kaoul Smith, a 37-year-old resident of Dumfries, Virginia, tragically lost his life on September 24, 2019, as a result of multiple gunshot wounds. The incident occurred early in the morning, around 3:51 a.m., when police were called to the 3100 block of Chesapeake Drive in Dumfries.
