Robert Leon Walker, Jr., a 20-year-old Black male from Richmond, Virginia, was killed in the early evening of November 17, 2017 when he was found shot to death in the driveway of a residence on the 2000 block of South Kinsley Avenue. He was discovered by authorities after gunfire was reported in the neighborhood, and his body showed he had suffered fatal gunshot wounds, ending his young life in a sudden act of violence that shook his family and community.
