Raheem O'Qwan Johnson, a 20-year-old resident of Hampton, Virginia, tragically lost his life on May 9, 2016. The incident occurred at approximately 7:45 PM in the parking lot of an apartment complex located at 104 Golden Gate Drive. Raheem, along with two friends, was hanging out in the parking lot when they were suddenly struck by gunfire.
