Ricky Devon Brooks Jr., a 19-year-old from Newport News, Virginia, was tragically found shot to death inside a vehicle on May 5, 2020, in Hampton, Virginia. The vehicle was discovered against a tree in the first block of Sacramento Drive. The call to the police came in at 9:51 p.m., and upon arrival, officers found Brooks deceased inside the vehicle.
