Mark M. Milligan, a 23-year-old resident of Stafford, Virginia, tragically lost his life on February 15, 2015. The incident occurred outside the Wings to Go restaurant located at the corner of Garrisonville Road and Travis Lane in North Stafford. According to reports, Milligan was shot and killed in what was later determined to be a homicide.
The investigation into Milligan's death led to the arrest of La'Twon Marte Berryman, who was subsequently indicted by a Stafford County Grand Jury.
