Geonna Bradley, a four-year-old girl from Richmond, Virginia, tragically died on September 5, 2014, after being accidentally shot in the chest with a pellet gun by another juvenile. The incident occurred inside her home on Mechanicsville Turnpike. Despite immediate efforts to resuscitate her, Geonna was pronounced dead at VCU Medical Center.
