Ross Abdallah Alameddine, a 20-year-old sophomore at Virginia Tech, tragically lost his life on April 16, 2007, during the Virginia Tech shooting in Blacksburg, Virginia. Alameddine, who had recently declared a major in English with minors in French and Business, was attending his French class when the incident occurred. Known for his humor and intellect, Ross was remembered fondly by friends and instructors alike.
