In the late summer evening of August 29, 2020, seven-year-old Chrisyah Stephens, a female, was at a friend's birthday party in South Bend, Indiana. The joyous occasion turned tragic when a drive-by shooting erupted. Chrisyah was the only person struck by the gunfire. She was rushed to a nearby hospital but succumbed to her injuries.
