In the early morning hours of April 15, 2017, the tranquility of the Fountain Square neighborhood in Indianapolis was shattered by violence. Inside his parents' home on Bates Street, 47-year-old Randall Patrick, a Caucasian male, was found shot to death at approximately 4:00 AM.
