On October 13, 2022, 40-year-old Joseph Lance Randall was fatally shot in Kansas City, Missouri. The incident occurred in the morning hours, with police officers responding to a reported shooting in the 8100 block of The Paseo, located in the Marlborough Heights neighborhood. Upon arrival, first responders found Randall outside of a business suffering from serious injuries. He was transported to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his wounds and was pronounced dead.
