On a Saturday night in Kansas City, Missouri, the life of Andre Stephens, a 40-year-old man, was tragically cut short. On April 16, 2022, police were called to a residence on Longview Road around 10:30 p.m. following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered Stephens with life-threatening injuries.
