The wallet contained multiple paper cards. Inside the billfod is the inscription " Ellen Lakeway Lodge, Apartment 31" A black hair comb.
  • Clothing: 1 pair of grey socks with orange trim. 1 pair of dark green socks. a pair of grey corduroy pants. A belt. A blue coth bifold. A dark green pair of sweatpants. A blue and yellow knit cap with "Daily Record" insignia on the back of the cap. A dark blue denim jacket with inner grey and red liner. A blue long - sleeveed zip up jacket.

  • Eyewear: A pair of black framed bifocal glasses that were in a tan case located inside of a shirt front pocket.

This man was found lying on the ground by two men passing through who were transient. One of the men tried to wake this man and realized that he was not breathing and contacted a local store owner to call police. This man's cause of death was determined as Acute Pneumonia secondary to Bronchogenic Carcinoma, manner natural. This man was obviously living as a transient and had all of his belongings nearby. He had food stamps in his wallet which may have indicated that he could have been receiving some form of state assistance at the time. Our office has requested that the original fingerprint card be located and uploaded into AFIS if this has not already happened. This man had a piece of paper in his wallet that listed "Ellen Lakeway Lodge, Apartment 31". There was no address or contact name listed.. A contact to similarly named "Lakeway Lodge" in Ogallala Nebraska did not yield any useful information. This Lodge had never gone by the name of Ellen Lakeway Lodge according to their management.
