Decedent found on 6/15/2005 in the All American Canal in Winterhaven, CA. He fell from a raft while attempting to cross into the USA illegally. Decedent had a Nike swoosh logo tattoed on the web of his left hand. In addition, he had 3 dots tattoed on the web of his right hand.
