In the small city of Okemah, Oklahoma, the Fourth of July in 2016 marked the last time 25-year-old Justin Wayne Walker was seen. That day, police were called to the Okemah Village Apartments in response to a domestic disturbance. By the time officers arrived at the scene, Justin, a white male standing 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing around 220 pounds, had already left and has not been heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, Justin had brown hair and brown or hazel eyes. He has several distinct tattoos, including praying hands on his left shoulder, the name "SALLISAW" on the right side of his chest, and his last name "WALKER" on the back of one of his arms. Additionally, his left forearm is adorned with a tattoo of flowers and a banner bearing the names "Kristen Ryliegh Prayleigh Avis." He also has a scar on his right shoulder and another above one of his eyes. The circumstances surrounding Justin's disappearance remain unclear, and very few details have been made available to the public. The official investigation into his case is being handled by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation's North Central Investigative Regional Office, with the Okemah Police Department also involved. The case is classified as a suspicious disappearance. Information regarding what he was wearing at the time he went missing is unknown. Justin's case remains an active missing person investigation. With no new leads or information released to the public, the exact events of that day and what transpired after he left the apartment complex are still a mystery.
