In the autumn of 1997, a then 38-year-old man named Derek Rogers Gray vanished from his life in Grand Rapids, Michigan. On October 7th of that year, he was seen for what is believed to be the last time. Known to his loved ones by the nickname 'Puff,' Derek was a Black / African American male with a noticeable physical presence.
