On May 10, 1967, 11-year-old William Hoag, his 13-year-old brother Joel, and their 14-year-old friend Edwin 'Craig' Dowell vanished in Hannibal, Missouri. The three boys were last seen between 4:20 and 5:00 p.m. on the south side of the city.
