Jennifer Jane Hughes, 17, vanished from Fayetteville, North Carolina in December 1996, along with her older sister, Robby Ann Floyd, and three of Robby's four children: Sarena Glenn, 12, and four-year-old twins, Brent and Brenttany Hughes.
