Casey Lavonne Young, a 44-year-old woman from Boiling Springs, South Carolina, was last seen on May 15, 2023. She was reportedly last seen after leaving her job at Spartanburg Regional Hospital. Young resided with her boyfriend, Da'Ron Jerome Collins, in the 5000 block of Pratt Drive. Initially, Collins informed police that Young did not return home from work on the day of her disappearance.
