Physically, Jeffrey was described as being 6 feet tall and weighing 141 pounds, with a slender build. He had dark brown, unkempt hair of medium length, a full beard, and a moustache. A distinctive feature was a scar on his abdomen, a remnant of a surgery to remove a kidney. The circumstances surrounding Jeffrey Dekleyn's disappearance remain a mystery. After withdrawing money from the bank, his trail went cold. There has been no contact with family or friends since that day. Law enforcement has maintained his file as an active endangered missing person case, holding onto details like his physical description and the specific clothing he wore in the hope that someone might come forward with information.
