On September 29, 1996, a 41-year-old Glen embarked on a hunting trip with two companions, a journey that would tragically be his last. The group set out in a loaded boat, venturing into the wild waters of the province. At the time of his disappearance, Glen was described as being 68 inches tall and weighing 220 pounds, with brown, wavy hair and a fair complexion. That day, the promise of a successful hunt gave way to a desperate struggle for survival against the elements. The hunting party had reached the halfway point of their intended destination when the water conditions began to prove too formidable. Recognizing the danger, the three men made the prudent decision to turn their boat around and head back to safety. However, the waves were relentless, crashing over the sides of their vessel and overwhelming their efforts to bail out the rapidly accumulating water. In the midst of their struggle, the boat's motor stalled, leaving them powerless against the turbulent water. The boat capsized, plunging all three men into the cold, unforgiving lake. In the chaotic moments that followed, one of the men managed to cling to life and was fortunately rescued seven hours after the incident. Tragically, he was the sole survivor. It was determined that the other two men had drowned in the incident. Glen MyMRYK was last seen floating away from the overturned boat, a heartbreaking final image in a devastating sequence of events. Despite the passage of time, Glen's case remains unresolved, a source of enduring pain and unanswered questions for his loved ones who continue to cherish his memory.
