Timothy Daniel Moffitt was 20 years old when he was last seen on June 25, 1986, in Sitka, Alaska. He was with 23-year-old Kenneth Osbakken at the time of his disappearance.
The two men were in a skiff that capsized near the Eastern Channel in Aleutkina Bay.
