Darryl Dewight McCrary, 46, was found fatally shot inside his vehicle in the Reliance Food Mart parking lot on Napier Avenue in Macon, Georgia, during the early hours of May 19, 2021. The Bibb County Coroner’s Office pronounced him dead at the scene.

Two other people were wounded in the same incident. A 21-year-old woman was critically shot in her own vehicle and taken to Atrium Health Navicent. A third victim, a male, left the scene before officers arrived and later was taken to Coliseum Hospital in a private vehicle; he was reported in stable condition. Investigators opened a homicide probe; no suspect identities were announced and police asked the public to provide any information they might have.

Are there witnesses or anyone with dashcam or phone footage from Napier Avenue on the morning of May 19, 2021 who can help shed light on what happened?
