In the summer of 2020, the life of 17-year-old Marcus Moore, a Black male, was tragically cut short on the streets of St. Louis, Missouri. On the evening of July 27th, officers were dispatched to the 1500 block of Switzer Avenue following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered a vehicle containing multiple individuals who had sustained gunshot wounds.
