In the late summer of 2019, a dispute between two men in Kansas City, Missouri, escalated into a tragedy that claimed the life of Marcus Neal. On the evening of August 25th, Neal, a 29-year-old male, and another man, 28-year-old Cartez Seals, were involved in a physical altercation outside the Brush Creek Community Center. The community center was closed at the time, and what began as a confrontation between the two men quickly turned fatal.
