On a cold evening in Kansas City, Missouri, the life of Jacquas A. Clark, a 30-year-old Black man from nearby Raytown, was tragically cut short. On December 3, 2016, police responded to a call just after 7 p.m. in the 10400 block of Blue Ridge Boulevard. There, they discovered a car with two occupants who had been shot.
