In the late hours of a Monday in November, the city of Baltimore was once again the scene of a life tragically cut short. On November 28, 2022, 35-year-old Antwan Watson, a male resident of the city, was fatally shot in the 2600 block of Garrett Avenue in Northeast Baltimore. The incident was reported around 11:47 p.m. when police were alerted to the sound of gunfire by a ShotSpotter notification.
