In the late summer evening of August 8, 2022, in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, the life of 37-year-old Miranda Queen was tragically cut short. At approximately 10:15 pm, patrol officers responded to a call for a shooting in the 12500 block of Woodstock Drive East. Upon their arrival, they discovered Miranda Queen outside, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. She was rushed to a nearby hospital but was pronounced dead a short time later.
