In the summer of 2022, the life of 24-year-old Makeon Hines, a male resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically cut short. On the night of June 27th, violence erupted in the 2600 block of Robb Street in Northeast Baltimore. Patrol officers responded to a call for a shooting shortly before 11 p.m. and discovered Hines suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal, and he succumbed to them shortly after arrival.
