In the early morning hours of July 3, 2019, the life of 23-year-old Wayne Johnson was tragically cut short on a street in Baltimore, Maryland. Authorities responded to a call at approximately 6:06 a.m. in the 3900 block of Ridgewood Avenue, where they discovered Johnson unresponsive. He had sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene by medics.
