In the evening hours of April 13, 2022, a call reporting a single-vehicle crash brought Baltimore police to the 4200 block of Nadine Avenue. Upon arrival, they discovered an overturned vehicle with 21-year-old Anthony Clark inside. However, the initial assessment of a traffic accident quickly turned into a homicide investigation when it was determined that Clark had been shot, and the crash was a result of the gunfire that claimed his life.
