In the spring of 2020, the life of Preston Rich Jr., a 21-year-old male, was tragically cut short in Baltimore, Maryland. On May 3rd, he suffered a gunshot wound to the head in a violent daytime incident. Despite being rushed to the hospital and the efforts of medical personnel, he succumbed to his injuries the following day, on May 4, 2020.
