In the summer of 2021, a burst of gunfire shattered the late-night quiet in a Baltimore neighborhood, leaving a young man's life tragically cut short. Just before midnight on July 19th, police responded to the 3300 block of Noble Street where they discovered the body of 27-year-old Derick Lilly. A Black male, Lilly had sustained a fatal gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.
