In the early afternoon of a late spring day, the life of Todd D. Davis was cut short by gunfire in Baltimore, Maryland. On May 25, 2019, the 35-year-old Black male was in the 1500 block of North Ellamont Street in the Southwest district of the city when shots rang out. Responding to the sound of gunfire, police officers found Davis suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
