In the spring of 2021, a tragic event unfolded in Southwest Baltimore that cut short the life of Ivan Joseph Green. On April 17th, police responded to a call for an aggravated assault in the 1900 block of Braddish Avenue. Upon arrival, they discovered 38-year-old Ivan Joseph Green unresponsive, with signs of trauma to his body. Medics were called to the scene, but sadly, Green was pronounced deceased. The cause of his death was later determined to be a fatal shooting.
