In the spring of 2021, a dispute in Palmer Park, Maryland, tragically cut short the life of 29-year-old Devin Solomon. On the morning of March 30, 2021, at approximately 10:00 a.m., patrol officers from the Prince George's County Police Department were called to the 2300 block of Penbrook Circle following a report of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Devin Solomon, a male resident of Landover, in the roadway, suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
