On a Tuesday night in March 2021, the life of 32-year-old Mark Delane Rowe of Washington, D.C., was tragically cut short. The male victim was in the Landover area of Prince George's County, Maryland, on March 9th, when a dispute escalated into fatal violence. Police had been called to the 6900 block of Hawthorne Street just before 10 p.m. for a report of disorderly individuals in a parking lot.
