In the late afternoon of Wednesday, November 25, 2015, the life of 23-year-old Kwacellus Davis of Forestville, Maryland, was tragically cut short. Responding to a report of a shooting at approximately 4:50 p.m., Prince George's County Police officers arrived at the 1800 block of Belle Haven Drive in Landover to a grim discovery. There, they found Davis suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
