In the evening hours of October 27, 2020, a young man's life was cut short on a street in Baltimore, Maryland. Harold Barnett, a 20-year-old male, was found at approximately 11:12 p.m. at 1500 Harford Rd. He had been shot.
Emergency services transported Barnett to Johns Hopkins Hospital in a desperate attempt to save his life. Tragically, the efforts were in vain, and he succumbed to his injuries at the hospital. The cause of his death was officially ruled as a shooting.
