In the summer of 2020, a violent encounter on a Baltimore street set in motion a chain of events that would ultimately end in tragedy. On the evening of August 20, 34-year-old Angelo Parker Jr., a Black male, was in the 3400 block of Violetville Lane when he was shot. First responders found Parker at the scene suffering from gunshot wounds and transported him for medical care.
