In the summer of 2020, a young man's life was cut short in a violent encounter in Landover, Maryland. Maurice Magruder Jr., a 20-year-old male, was fatally shot on the afternoon of Tuesday, June 23rd. The incident occurred around 1:50 p.m. in the 3100 block of Duvall Ridge Road.
