In the quiet neighborhood of Hyattsville, Maryland, the life of 29-year-old James Albert Haywood was tragically cut short on the evening of June 15, 2016. Responding to a report of a shooting at approximately 5:15 p.m., police officers arrived at Haywood's home in the 3500 block of 55th Avenue to a grim scene.
