In the afternoon shadows of a late January day in northwest Baltimore, the life of 34-year-old Everette Williams was tragically cut short. On Tuesday, January 28, 2020, shortly before 5 p.m., the sound of gunfire shattered the neighborhood quiet in the 3800 block of West Belvedere Avenue.
